For Single Dwellings and Structures between 2500 sq. ft and 4000 sq. ft.
Photograph all four sides of structure, four isometric angles, one overhead view, one neighborhood view.

For Dwellings and Structures over 4000 sq. ft. Commercial Structures, Construction Sites, etc.

Advanced Aerial Package
Flambient Indoor Photography
Flambient Photography is a hybrid of flash photography and ambient light photos to achieve a final picture that shows detail both inside and through windows outdoors. Usually, photos will show detail inside, but the windows will be washed out and over-exposed. Photos with an exposure set for outdoors will make the room dark and under-exposed. Blending these pictures gives a professional look especially in structures with large windows.
Packages start at $125 plus 2 cents per square foot for single photos of each room and one Flambient photo in Living Area or area with a large window.

Floor Plans
VP DIGITAL MEDIA can provide floor plans for your Real Estate projects at a fraction of the cost that an engineer would need. We do this by approximation to the nearest inch rather than perfectly to scale, but with an accuracy suitable for Real Estate advertising.
Floor Plans are available for $100 plus 3 cents per square foot.
For example:
A 1200 sq. ft. dwelling would be $136
An 8000 sq. ft. dwelling would be $340
